Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

1. Initial Minimum Commitment and Payment Term: By purchasing the BABALON subscription program (which contains the Cohort: Vow of Truth) at the rate of $199 per month, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree that you are entering into an ironclad commitment for a minimum term of 7-months.
   
   You authorize The Immortal College (Carolyn Elliott LLC): to charge your payment method on file a monthly fee of $199 beginning on the date of your enrollment and continuing monthly through December 31, 2026. This initial 7-month term is a non-cancelable financial obligation, and you agree that you are liable for the full total balance of the 7-month period regardless of your level of participation or early withdrawal from the Program.

2. Automatic Monthly Renewal: Following the expiration of the initial minimum term on December 31, 2026, your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at $199/month to ensure uninterrupted access to the ongoing BABALON community, materials, and future offers. You authorize continuous monthly billing until such time as you explicitly cancel your subscription in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.

3. Cancellation Policy and Procedure: You retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 7-month minimum commitment has been fully satisfied (post-December 2026).

4.  Self-Service Cancellation: To avoid your next scheduled month-to-month charge (after your 7-month commitment), you must log into your member account via the Kajabi platform and manually cancel your subscription prior to your monthly billing date.

5.  Effect of Cancellation: Upon successful cancellation through your Kajabi portal, you will retain access to the community and program materials through the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which your access will be terminated. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
