Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

  1. Initial Minimum Commitment and Payment Term: You may purchase Battle Magick at the rate of $600 for a one time payment, ($150 discount). This is the recommended method.

  2. Initial Minimum Commitment and Payment PLAN Term: ALTERNATELY by purchasing the Battle Magick Payment Plan at the rate of $250 per month for 3 months, you agree to an initial monthly payment of $250 in July when you sign up, and then 2 more automatic payments in August, and September, 2026 (on the day of the month that initiate your first payment). You explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree that you are entering into an ironclad payment commitment for a minimum term of 3-months, with no additional monthly payments for the remaining 3 month of the course.

    Should you choose the Payment Plan, You authorize The Immortal College (Carolyn Elliott LLC): to charge your payment method on file a monthly fee of $250 beginning on the date of your enrollment and continuing monthly through September, 2026, or whenever the total commitment of $750 is completed.

  3. Cancellation Policy and Procedure: This initial 3-month term is a non-cancelable financial obligation, and you agree that you are liable for the full total balance of the 3-month period regardless of your level of participation or early withdrawal from the Program. There are no refunds.
